Charitable Aims

The relief of poverty, in particular but not exclusively, for persons including, but not limited to, asylum seekers and refugees who have at any stage raised, or seek to raise, arguments under the 1951 United Nations Refugee Convention or the European Convention of Human Rights or the Human Rights Act 1998 to the Secretary of State for the Home Department or the Immigration and Asylum Chamber of the Administrative Tribunal or in any other legal or public administrative proceedings.

To provide legal advice, assistance and representation in relation to persons including but not limited to asylum seekers and refugees who by reason of their inadequate means are unable to obtain such advice and representation from their own resources and who, in particular but not exclusively, have at any stage raised, or seek to raise, arguments under the 1951 United Nations Refugee Convention or the European Convention of Human Rights or the Human Rights Act 1998 to the Secretary of State for the Home Department or the Immigration and Asylum Chamber of the Administrative Tribunal or in any other legal or public administrative proceedings.
